Splash Rooster?

I'm trying to figure out if this little Silkie rooster is a "splash" color. He's kind of blue/gray with rust colored spots.

We are hatching some heritage breed turkey eggs in the incubator and will have some for sale weekly for as long as they last. Here are some pictures of the parents....

I made some soap with swirls today. The scent is called Energizing, an orange-gingery essential oil blend.
